Pupil Leadership
Pupil Leadership provides children with the opportunity to influence, inspire, and support others in working towards shared goals. Leadership roles within school play a key part in shaping our pupils’ character and personal development. By entrusting pupils with meaningful responsibilities, we are nurturing the leaders of tomorrow and preparing young people to thrive as future citizens.
At Sharmans Cross Junior School we believe pupils should be at the centre of learning and should have an important voice within the school. Pupils are given opportunities to have an input into decisions and make suggestions to improve their school, as well as being more aware of the wider community.
Leadership is integral to lifelong learning and all students should have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop leadership skills.
